John Lau
Co-Founder of JOYA Architects
John is a registered architect in Singapore and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. He began his career at Metaphor Design + Architecture in 2017 before joining a main contractor to deepen his hands-on understanding of construction and detailing.
He remains deeply involved across all phases of each project — from concept design to completion — ensuring that every home is resolved with care, precision, and architectural integrity.
Alvin Yong
Co-Founder of JOYA Architects
Alvin co-founded JOYA Architects and Yang’s Inspiration Design, a leading interior design firm in Singapore. Since 2017, he has been passionate about making quality design accessible and meaningful.
At JOYA, he leads business development and client engagement, helping homeowners realise not just their dream homes, but better ways of living through design.
Damien Ng
Co-Founder of JOYA Architects
Damien began his design career with a main contractor, where he delivered several well-received residential projects. He also co-founded Decor 8 Interior Design, building a reputation for honest, thoughtful design.
At JOYA, Damien leads the design development process, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life with care, clarity, and creativity.

At JOYA Architects, we specialise in private landed residential design — from Good Class Bungalows and detached houses to semi-detached and inter-terrace homes. We also undertake selected commercial projects, including retail and office spaces, where spatial clarity and brand experience are key.
