Semi-Detached House, Braemar Drive
This residence is defined by clarity of form, restraint in materiality, and a quiet sense of luxury. The architecture is composed as a series of refined volumes, carefully layered to create depth, shade, and proportion without excess.
Strong horizontal planes and deep overhangs give the house a grounded, composed presence, while recessed glazing and vertical screens introduce subtle rhythm and privacy. Rather than seeking attention, the façade reveals itself through light, shadow, and precision of detail.
A minimalist palette of crisp white surfaces and soft grey accents forms a calm architectural canvas, allowing natural light and greenery to take prominence. Integrated planters and terraces soften the built form, blurring the boundary between architecture and landscape and reinforcing a sense of serene living.
Every opening is intentionally placed — framing views, filtering daylight, and ensuring comfort within a dense urban context. The result is a home that feels open yet private, contemporary yet timeless.
